DR. Enos L. Stover to Receive Prestigious Water Award

Dr. Enos L. Stover of Stillwater, Oklahoma, USA will receive the prestigious W. Wesley Eckenfelder Industrial Water Quality Lifetime Achievement Award from the Water Environment Federation (WEF), an international not-for-profit technical and educational water quality organization. Dr. Stover is a highly regarded professional in the industrial wastewater field, and he has provided significant contributions to both WEF and the profession over his more than 40-year career.  Dr. Stover has contributed to the industrial wastewater treatment profession through R&D, teaching and mentoring young engineers, and designing industrial wastewater treatment plants all over the world.  Dr. Stover is a WEF Fellow, and has received numerous awards and patents, along with publishing many technical articles on wastewater treatment (over 150 publications on industrial wastewater treatment).


The W. Wesley Eckenfelder Industrial Water Quality Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes and honors an individual who has made substantial and measurable engineering, scientific, and/or operations contributions to the management or treatment of industrial wastes related to the improvement of water quality.


Dr. Stover will be honored during WEFTEC® 2017, the world’s largest annual water quality conference and exhibition, in Chicago on October 2.
